This department  handles billing inquires and payment arrangements, as well as Insurance denials. Please leave a detailed email  so that your account can be looked into and we can return your message with an answer. Detailed messages will help to prevent delay.  Please allow 72 hours for us to follow up with you email.  This department is only open Monday thru Wednesday from 9am to 5pm, Thursday 9am to 12:30pm and closed Fridays.

If you have been sent to a external collections agency you must contact that collections agency.
Once a bill has been sent to an external agency for collections, we can no longer discuss the bill.
